4. Products, Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate under UAE VAT law, unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure Product descriptions, ingredient lists and images are accurate, but colours may vary depending on your device display, and packaging or formulations may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, update product information, limit quantities available for purchase, or decline or cancel an Order. If an Order is cancelled any amounts paid will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Orders and Formation of Contract

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email or, if earlier, when we dispatch your Products. You are responsible for checking your order including shade/variant, quantity and delivery address before completing payment.

6. Product Use and Skin Sensitivity

Glowture products are cosmetic and skincare products intended for external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before use and reviewing the full list of ingredients, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, or reactive skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs, and seek medical advice if necessary.

7. Shipping and Returns

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and our Refund Policy for return, exchange and refund eligibility, both of which form part of these Terms.

8. Customer Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Glowture a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and share it for Website operation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

You confirm that your User Content:

• is accurate and based on your genuine experience;

• does not infringe any third-party rights;

• is not unlawful, misleading, offensive, or defamatory; and

• does not include personal data without consent.

You must not submit content that makes unverified or misleading claims about product results, including claims that any product can guarantee specific outcomes or effects beyond normal cosmetic use.

Glowture may remove or edit any User Content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your User Content; we only receive the licence described above to use it as stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including text, images, logos and product photography is owned by or licensed to Glowture and is protected under UAE intellectual property law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of UAE law and those applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you access or use the Website;

• attempt unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt Website operations;

• submit false or fraudulent order, payment or account information;

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, our total liability arising from these Terms or any Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have, the courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
