Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, subject to product availability, payment verification, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UAE: Approximately 2 to 5 business days.

• International: Approximately 1 to 2 weeks, subject to customs clearance and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate or pay them on your behalf. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products may be lawfully imported into the destination country and for complying with all applicable import laws and requirements before placing an order.

Delivery

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided by the customer or otherwise in accordance with the selected delivery method.

Delivery times are estimated only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for delays in delivery is subject to the Force Majeure provisions set out in our Terms of Service. 

Delivery Issues 

If your order is lost, damaged. Delivered to the wrong address, or delayed or held by customs, please contact us at hello@miwave.me with your order details. Where appropriate, we will use reasonable efforts to liaise with the relevant delivery providers to assist in resolving the issue. Any liability for delivery delays remains subject to our Terms of Service.
