📋 Role Description
This is a sales-focused role supporting Glowture’s expansion into new international markets.
The main responsibility is to help grow our presence in other countries by identifying suitable retail shops and partners, coordinating sales with them, and supporting the process of getting our products registered and ready to sell in those markets.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with retail shops, distributors, and partners in new markets
- Support B2B sales activities, including inquiries, follow-ups, and partner communication
- Coordinate orders, invoicing, and shipments with internal teams
- Assist with product registration and market entry requirements in new countries
- Help manage relationships with partners and support ongoing sales coordination
- Monitor sales performance and suggest ideas to improve growth

- Background in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling basic invoicing and order coordination

📋 Role Description
This role supports content creation and social media growth for both Glowture and Shamsa’s social media channels. The position focuses on filming, editing, and publishing short-form content, while helping manage and grow accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Film product and lifestyle content
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Create and publish content for Glowture and Shamsa’s social media accounts
- Support daily content production and posting
- Monitor content performance and help grow social media channels
- Research trends, formats, and content ideas
✅ Requirements
- Experience in content creation, video editing, or social media
- Basic filming skills (camera or smartphone), including lighting, framing, and shooting angles
- Familiar with TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms
- Creative mindset, fast to catch trends, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize content efficiently

📋 Role Description
This role supports legal, regulatory, and compliance activities for Glowture in the UAE and international markets. The role focuses on product registration, regulatory compliance, and maintaining proper documentation to ensure business operations and products meet market requirements.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Support product registration with UAE authorities (MOIAT, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
- Assist with UAE business license renewals
- Review product ingredients, claims, and labeling for regulatory compliance
- Assist with product labeling checks and documentation
- Support trademark filings, vegan certification, and brand registrations
- Track regulatory requirements in different markets
- Maintain and organize compliance documentation
✅ Requirements
- Familiarity with UAE regulations
- Interest or background in compliance, legal studies, regulatory affairs, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good English/Arabic communication skills
